O διοργανωτής του Drift Kings – International Series Mr Mike Procureur, με ανακοίνωσή του, ενημερώνει τους Αθλητές και τους θεατές του θεσμού πως και οι τρεις αγώνες που είχαν προγραμματιστεί να διεξαχθούν στην Ελλάδα αναβάλλονται, λόγο του μέτρου των “κεκλεισμένων θερών” που έχει ανακοινώσει η Ελληνική Κυβέρνηση.

Dear drivers and fans,
It is with deep sadness that we must cancel all 3 events planned in Greece due to new restrictions announced recently by local government. We have made a bet to focus on Greece because it was one of the lowest infected country in Europe (and still is with 7.000 infected and 200 dead overall) but it was a wrong bet, like in most of the countries, governments overreact at every single negative news.
So we will play the whole season on 1 event in Hungary, at legendary Tokol drift arena!!! The event will be shifted 1 day ahead compared to original schedule and will take place on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th.
This is our unique chance to meet you this year and the whole DK team is as sad as you can be! Nevertheless, we are optimistic, we already started to work on 2021 calendar and hopefully we might be able to announce an almost final 2021 calendar end of September! Of course Serres and Nigrita will be back on the 2021 calendar, it is not a final goodbye to Greece but just a delay till next year!!!
